Feldenkrais Pelvic Floor class OFF-TRACK Till April

Just to let you know that the Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® PELVIC FLOOR class held at the Reno Buddhist Center will be off-track until April, 2013.

If you want information about signing up for this 6 week series or other ongoing Feldenkrais classes, the Feldenkrais Method® or Functional Integration®, please contact me.

CLASSES - Awareness Through Movement@ Schedule, 2013

NOTE: No Sat 3 pm class at ACHIEVE Fitness on FEB 2 only.

TUESDAY

(1) ACHIEVE Fitness – 10-11:30 am, 600 S. Center St., SE corner of Center St. @ Moran, RENO, (map). Enter down the hall to right. Free parking next to bldg. This is a BEGINNERS and ON-GOING Awareness Through Movement class

THURSDAY

(2) Reno Buddhist Center – 4:00-5 pm PELVIC FLOOR Class. Contact me to sign up. No Drop-ins.

(3) Reno Buddhist Center - 5:30 – 7 pm. 820 Plumas at Taylor, RENO (map). In the Hiroma Room at end of hallway. On-going class.

SATURDAY

(4) ACHIEVE Fitness – 3-4:30 pm, RENO, as above. On-going class.

COST for Awareness Through Movement group classes, $12 drop-in, $10/class, monthly class card; need-based senior/student discounts. Bring blanket or mat, a small towel, and water. Wear layers (heat can fluctuate widely) and socks.

Private classes & Functional Integration® lessons available on an hourly basis.
